Shipping Policy – Granite Falls Soapworks

Thank you for supporting our handmade, small-batch products! Each item is carefully crafted and packaged with care.

Processing Time
All orders are made and packed by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom orders or large quantities may require additional time.

Warm Weather & Melt Protection
Our products (especially soaps, balms, and butters) may soften or melt in high temperatures.
During warmer months, we may:

  • Ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays

  • Include insulated packaging when needed

We are not responsible for melting once the package leaves our facility, but we do our best to protect your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Granite Falls Soapworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Local Pickup (Optional – remove if not needed)
Local pickup may be available in Granite Falls, WA. Please contact us to arrange.
