Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care/handmade items), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within the required timeframe.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
